Job summary

Minutemen Staffing in Kentucky is seeking a 1st Shift Material Handler to support production by moving materials, delivering to work centers, and preparing finished goods for storage.

You will operate Stand Up and Sit Down forklifts, perform weight counts, complete forklift checks, and maintain accurate inventory records while following safety procedures. This is a Monday–Friday, 6:00am–2:00pm role with hands-on duties across plant and warehouse locations.

Qualifications

• Forklift experience required to perform material handling tasks.
• Ability to count weights and track inventory.
• Proficiency with material movement and storage processes.

Responsibilities

• Maintain in-process inventories at work centers and deliver materials safely.
• Transport parts between plant and warehouse as needed.
• Produce corrugated boxes for production use.
• Prepare finished goods for stocking and labeling with barcodes.
• Maintain forklift and perform routine safety checks and maintenance.
• Perform weight counts for production and reconcile inventory.
• Prepare coated inventory during work cell changeovers.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
