Job summary

Kilcoy is seeking a machine operator to run an assigned machine on the production line, transport materials, and stage finished products for distribution. The role requires operating the machine, performing checks, and entering information into tablets to maintain production flow.

The ideal candidate will help ensure quality specifications are met, follow GMPs and food safety standards, and contribute to a clean, organized work area while performing other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED Certificate.
• Experience in a food production environment is helpful.
• Ability to problem-solve with good technical judgment.
• Knowledge of GMPs, SPC, HACCP, OSHA, and USDA regulations is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Operate assigned machine on the production line daily and transport materials as needed.
• Understand, program, and ensure proper machine running; perform checks and record data.
• Ensure products meet quality specifications before reaching the consumer.
• Maintain orderly production by pulling orders, staging final distribution, and keeping area clean.
• Follow GMPs and food safety standards; perform other duties as assigned.
