Job summary

Kilcoy is seeking a machine operator to manage the daily operation of the assigned production line machine, perform setup and checks, and record data into tablets while ensuring quality specifications are met before products reach consumers.

The role requires familiarity with GMPs, SPC, HACCP, OSHA, and USDA regulations, plus strong problem-solving and reliability in a cold, fast-paced production environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED Certificate.
• Previous experience in a food production environment is required.
• Knowledge of GMPs, SPC, HACCP, OSHA, and USDA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Understand, program, and ensure the machine runs properly for production and enter information requested in tablets.
• Ensure products meet all quality specifications before reaching consumers.
• Meet set up expectations and start lines on time.
• Maintain or exceed yields and efficiencies by following standards throughout the shift.
• Observe standards for run times and maintain a clean, sanitary work area.
• Follow GMPs and perform other duties as assigned.
