Job summary

Kilcoy Global Foods North America is seeking a machine operator to run assigned equipment on the production line and perform required checks.

You will ensure products meet quality specifications, adhere to GMPs and sanitation standards, and help start lines on time while maintaining yields and efficiency during shifts. The environment is a cold production setting with safety practices emphasized.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED certificate is required.
• Previous experience in a food production environment is required.
• Strong problem-solving and technical proficiency to support operators.
• Knowledge of GMPs, SPC, HACCP, OSHA, and USDA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Understand, program, and ensure the machine runs properly for production and log checks.
• Ensure products meet quality specifications before reaching consumers.
• Meet setup expectations and start lines on time.
• Maintain or exceed yields and efficiency by meeting standards during shifts.
• Meet scheduled run times for production lines.
• Follow sanitation and food safety standards and keep the area clean.
• Follow all GMP guidelines and food safety practices.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
