Job summary

Kilcoy is seeking a machine operator to manage daily operation of the assigned production-line machine. You will ensure proper running, perform checks, and enter data into tablets while upholding strict sanitation and food-safety standards.

This role requires meeting setup targets and sustaining yields and efficiency. Responsibilities include adhering to GMPs, HACCP, OSHA, and USDA regulations, with flexibility to perform other duties.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Knowledge of GMPs, SPC, HACCP, OSHA and USDA regulations.
• Experience in a food production environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Understand, program, and ensure the machine runs properly for production.
• Perform checks and enter information in tablets.
• Maintain sanitation and meet quality specifications before products reach consumers.
• Meet setup expectations and run-times, aiming for yields and efficiency.
