Job summary

Kilcoy is seeking a dedicated machine operator to manage daily operation of the assigned production line in a cold, concrete-floored facility. You will monitor the machine, perform checks, and document data on tablets to ensure consistent output.

Responsibilities include upholding quality standards, meeting run times and yields, maintaining sanitation, following GMPs, SPC, HACCP, OSHA and USDA regulations, and supporting problem solving with strong attention to detail. Lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in a food production environment required.
• Technical proficiency to assist operators in problem solving.
• Knowledge of GMPs, SPC, HACCP, OSHA, and USDA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Understand, program, and ensure the machine is running properly for production and complete all necessary checks.
• Ensure that our products and services meet all necessary Quality specifications before they reach the consumer.
• Meet set up expectations starting lines on time.
• Maintain or exceed goals on yields and efficiencies by meeting efficiency standards throughout your shift.
• Meet standards of scheduled run times for the lines.
• Observe and maintain sanitation and food safety standards by keeping a clean, neat, organized work area.
• Follow all GMPs and related guidelines.
• Performs other duties as assigned
