Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Five (5) years hands-on production experience or related field.
• Knowledge of OSHA and manufacturing/QA processes.
• Able to pass required testing for supervisory position.
• Willing to obtain DOT physical and CDL-A if warranted.
• Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Verify ingredients dumped and batch with supervisor as needed.
• Dump blended ingredients into Hopper per job order.
• Assist in loading boxes/bags onto pallets; lift 25–55 lbs continuously.
• Assist in bagging and inventory/cycle counts; maintain cleanliness.
• Follow LOTO procedures; ensure product integrity and QA compliance.
