Job summary

Fiorella’s Jack Stack BBQ is seeking a 2nd Shift Production Operator to run the bean machine and related packaging equipment, ensuring labels match product specs and production goals are met. This role requires strict adherence to food safety and GMP standards.

You will work in a cool, loud plant environment, wear PPE, and support a fast-paced line while maintaining cleanliness, accuracy, and timely communication with the team. Training provided; overtime and shift flexibility expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in a production environment is preferred but not mandatory.
• Be able to work under pressure
• Able to follow instructions carefully
• Strong understanding of food safety regulations
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Ability to perform job functions with attention to detail, speed, and accuracy.
• Ability to be self-motivated and take initiative.
• Ability to operate, clean and maintain all equipment required in job.
• Ability to maintain a neat and clean appearance and convey self-confidence.
• Ability to exhibit and use proper manners and language.

Responsibilities

• Operate the Bean Machine
• Maintains a safe and clean working environment
• Must be able to restock bean containers into bean machine
• Change out product labels to match product requirements
• Accurately read product labels
• Follow all SOPs for product handling and machine operations
• Inspecting packages for dirty seals before placing lid on container
• Communicate with the team when turning on and off bean filler
• Remove all product from the machine if X-ray machine flags it.
