Qualifications

• Ability to read job specifications and determine appropriate press usage.
• Experience with color correction and ink adjustments.
• Proficient in basic computer skills (Excel, Word, Google).

Responsibilities

• Set up, adjust, operate, and maintain the flexographic press.
• Perform make-ready tasks such as mounting plates and installing print cylinders.
• Check plates/cylinders for imperfections and ensure image alignment.
• Make color corrections and ink adjustments prior to production run to meet quality specifications.
• Clean, lubricate, and maintain the press; perform minor repairs.
• Perform periodic maintenance as recommended by the manufacturer.
