Job summary

Blount Fine Foods Corp. is seeking an Expeditor to coordinate and verify ingredients for our multi-shift manufacturing environment in McKinney, Texas. The role emphasizes accuracy, safety, and timely communication to keep production running smoothly.

You'll verify ingredients, document lot numbers, and ensure recipes are ready on the line while following HACCP, GMP and allergen guidelines. Weekend work may be required based on needs.

Qualifications

• Six months to one year related experience and/or training.
• Basic Math: add/subtract/multiply/divide in all units.
• Written and verbal communication in English required.
• Basic problem solving skills.
• Excellent time management.
• Excellent organization.
• Excellent at multitasking.

Responsibilities

• Verify prep recipe ingredients and lot numbers for inventory accuracy.
• Document ingredients and lot numbers to track materials.
• Ensure lines have correct recipes queued and transport ingredients safely.
• Communicate production schedule updates to leadership.
• Report missing or wrong ingredients or delays to supervision.
• Ensure HACCP, GMP and allergen guidelines are followed.
