Qualifications

• Experience supervising a team in a manufacturing or production setting.
• Ability to manage break and lunch schedules and workforce during shifts.
• Familiarity with HACCP/GMP guidelines and quality controls.

Responsibilities

• Manage break and lunch schedules.
• Manage employees if needed.
• Ensure the line is running at pace.
• Verify HACCP and GMP guidelines are followed.
• Run reports in X3 and StrongArm.
• Inventory control: real-time material usage validation.
• Coordinate with Production and Logistics on recipes.
• Follow established controls to avoid delays.
