Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; management degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise, and monitor the Event Set-up in daily work orders.
• Review work orders to determine priorities.
• Provide training on tools, equipment, and safety.
• Delegate projects and review performance.
• Coordinate with Facilities Manager on personnel matters.
• Report employee concerns to the Department Supervisor.
• Ensure safety and hygiene regulations are followed.
• Maintain clean and organized facilities daily.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure successful events.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Facilities Director.
