Job summary

Victory in Tulsa is seeking an Event Set-up Staff to assist with set-up and tear-down of rooms for events, cleaning, and routine maintenance of the facility. The role involves loading and moving equipment and following setup instructions from the Event Set-up Manager.

You will maintain a clean, safe environment and support the Facilities Director with additional duties as needed, ensuring smooth event operations and adherence to church policies.

Responsibilities

• Set-up and tear-down of all scheduled rooms as outlined by the Event Set-up Manager.
• Prepare room environment as approved and directed by the reservations.
• Maintain facilities as directed by Event Set-up Manager.
• Proper care, movement, and storage of all equipment such as tables, chairs, bleachers, special flooring, etc.
• Abide by all company safety and hygiene regulations.
• Keep facility clean and organized daily.
• Performs other duties assigned by the Facilities Director.
