Job summary

Accelera is seeking a night shift associate to test and operate assemblies, ensuring production targets and quality standards are met. The role involves following instructions, calibrating test equipment, and maintaining a safe, organized workspace on-site during the 10:30 PM–7:00 AM shift.

You will collaborate with production staff and supervisors to uphold client expectations, guide teammates, and support efficient workflows while maintaining high quality and dimensional accuracy across

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Must be a US person.
Strong literacy skills with the ability to comprehend complex procedures, drawings, and written instructions.
Demonstrated manual dexterity and a strong desire to acquire new skills.
Strong communication skills to help foster a collaborative team atmosphere.
Reliable availability for the 3rd shift schedule (10:30 PM to 7:00 AM).

Responsibilities

Execute various authorized testing and assembly procedures.
Analyze and adhere to technical assembly instructions, drawings, and established protocols.
Help maintain high quality standards by operating test equipment, verifying calibration, and performing audits.
Support operational efficiency by conducting routine equipment maintenance and adjusting non-conforming assemblies.
Foster a productive environment by guiding team members and ensuring consistent workflow.
Help maintain a safe working environment for the entire team by keeping your workspace clean, organized, and free of foreign objects.
Ensure all products meet dimensional and customer requirements by utilizing precise measuring tools and gauges.
