Job summary

Curt G. Joa, Inc. is seeking a Electrical Assembler for second shift to assist wiring and assembly of sub-assemblies and electrical panels.

The role requires reading basic blueprints, following shop orders, and assembling components with attention to accuracy and timing. Responsibilities include laying out stations, wiring, drilling, tapping, and assembling control panels, as well as basic motor wiring and crane operations. Some travel and ERP/Microsoft Office familiarity are preferred.

Qualifications

• Reads blueprints, orders, and specs to assemble parts accurately.
• Performs wiring and panel assembly per instructions.
• Requires arithmetic skills and metric conversions.
• Good oral and written communication required.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Read and follow entry-level blueprints and shop orders to build sub-assemblies and panels.
• Layout pushbutton stations, assemble and wire.
• Layout panels, drill, tap, and assemble components.
• Layout and assemble control panels.
• Perform basic motor wiring and wire electrical components.
• Operate material handling equipment and cranes when required.
• Travel may be necessary.
