Job Summary

The Electrical Panel Assembler II is responsible for assembling, wiring, and installing electrical control panels and sub‑assemblies used in industrial and capital equipment applications. This role requires the ability to read electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and wiring diagrams while performing point‑to‑point wiring, panel integration, and electrical assembly with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble and wire electrical panels, control boxes, and sub‑assemblies.
• Perform point‑to‑point wiring using electrical schematics and wire run lists.
• Install components into electrical enclosures.
• Integrate power supplies, chassis, cables, and electrical sub‑assemblies.
• Read and interpret blueprints, bills of materials (BOMs), and electrical drawings.
• Use hand and power tools including crimpers, wire strippers, torque wrenches, and screwdrivers.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Production teams.
• Support new product builds and assist in knowledge transfer to team members.
• Maintain high workmanship and quality standards.
