Job summary

CTG, a Cegeka company, seeks a Document Scanning Associate for Roanoke, VA on the second shift to support our Digital Imaging Center. You will assist with scanning, mail processing, and document prep to meet customer specifications.

Requires 1 year in a customer service role, strong typing and MS Office skills, excellent spelling/grammar, and attention to detail. Lifts up to 50 lbs. Ongoing contract with 4:30 pm–1 am shift, Monday–Friday.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a Customer Service environment.
• Typing speed and accuracy are required.
• Excellent spelling, grammar, and punctuation skills.
• Experience with MS Office and data programs.

Responsibilities

• Ensure customer issues and escalations are resolved or escalated as appropriate.
• Conduct quality checks on own work to ensure accuracy and output meet standards.
• Adhere to all safety procedures and security requirements.
• Able to work independently and be part of a team.
• Perform backfile duties for absent coworkers.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Lead or Manager.
• Receive, sort, and process mail documents, packages, and supplies; notify recipients as appropriate.
• Deliver and pick-up mail on scheduled mail runs.
