Job summary

Direct One is seeking a Digital Press Operator to join our second shift on a full-time onsite basis in Winter Park, FL. You will operate high-speed digital presses, verify color and layout accuracy, and ensure compliance with USPS addressing and client specs.

The role supports production efficiency and meets daily output goals. You will perform calibration and routine maintenance, collaborate with teammates, and uphold safety standards on a busy production floor.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience operating high-speed, cut-sheet digital production presses; Ricoh preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive print-ready files and prepare jobs for production.
• Operate multiple high-speed digital presses and monitor quality.
• Ensure layout, color accuracy and postal addressing compliance.
• Maintain workflow to meet daily output targets.
• Communicate job status and equipment issues between shifts.
• Perform routine calibration and basic maintenance on presses.
