Job summary

Milwaukee Succeeds is seeking a detail‑oriented machine operator in New Berlin, WI to set up and run digital printing and production equipment. You will load materials, review job orders, monitor process quality, and perform routine inspections to ensure specs are met.

Responsibilities include basic troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, logging production data, and collaborating with supervisors and team members to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior machine operation experience in manufacturing, print, or digital production preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret job tickets, technical instructions, and production schedules.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability.
• Basic computer skills for equipment interfaces and production recordkeeping.
• Ability to lift 40-50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

• Follow all safety procedures, including lockout/tagout, PPE requirements, and safe material handling.
• Collaborate with supervisors, maintenance technicians, and team members to ensure smooth workflow.
• Assist with training new team members on digital equipment and processes.
