Job summary

RRD in Orlando is seeking a skilled printer operator for the 2nd shift to run high‑resolution digital print equipment, program and prepare jobs, and maintain production logs and manifests.

You will monitor output quality, adjust color and image parameters, manage supplies, and ensure timely delivery while following safety and EEO guidelines.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of digital print/inkjet equipment and setup.
• Strong color theory knowledge and ability to adjust printing to customer specs.
• Experience with file manipulation and suitable file formats for digital print.
• Ability to set up and adjust feed rollers, tensioning, timing and inline finishing per job specs.

Responsibilities

• Operate high resolution, variable print proprietary imaging equipment.
• Program and prepare jobs for printing.
• Maintain daily print job production logs and daily delivery manifests.
• Setup, program and release jobs from the print queue.
• Adjust image position and color quality to meet specifications.
• Monitor output quality and correct issues as needed.
• Order supplies and maintain inventory levels.
