Job summary

Rexel USA is seeking a Second Shift Distribution Center Supervisor in Mansfield, MA to coordinate and supervise all distribution center activities on their shift. Lead inbound/outbound operations to meet safety, inventory and productivity KPIs.

You will hire, train, assign and review employees, ensure accurate shipments, and maintain records using WMS metrics. The role requires DC leadership, equipment certification, and a focus on safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Warehouse or Distribution Center experience.
• 2+ years of leadership experience preferred.
• Certified to operate all material handling equipment: forklift, Stand-Up Rider pallet Jack, Electric Reach Truck, and High-Reach Narrow-Aisle.
• High School or GED - Required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate distribution center activities on shift.
• Lead inbound/outbound operations to meet Safety, Inventory and Productivity KPIs.
• Participate in hiring, training, performance reviews and disciplinary actions.
• Ensure efficient and safe operation of material handling equipment and security of the DC.
• Maintain accurate records and reports, use WMS metrics to improve productivity.
• Collaborate to improve policies and procedures for efficiency.
