Job summary

Rexel USA in Carrollton, TX is seeking a Distribution Center Lead to help supervise and streamline warehouse operations. The role focuses on safety, shipping/receiving, inventory accuracy, and leading a small team in daily tasks.

You will ensure correct processes, proper equipment use, and timely deliveries while maintaining security and quality standards. Ideal candidates bring 4+ years in distribution/warehouse roles, forklift certification, and a high school diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of distribution center or warehouse experience.
• Certification to operate forklift, hand truck, pallet jack and other warehouse equipment preferred.
• High School or GED - Preferred.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to a culture and environment focused daily on employee safety and a safe work environment. Assume responsibility for immediately addressing safety concerns.
• Assist in leading, training, and coordinating work including delivery scheduling, inbound and outbound processes, safety requirements, and special customer requirements.
• In the absence of the Distribution Center Supervisor or Distribution Center Assistant Supervisor, will be responsible for overseeing aspects of the department.
• Must know all department functions and processes
• Ensure the efficient and safe operation of all material handling equipment, maintaining the security of the Distribution Center and accurate inventory
• Ensure inbound and/or outbound shipments and products are accurate and free of damage
• Ensure that jobs are correctly implemented, assigned effectively, and completed properly
• Assist in maintenance and security of the Distribution Center
• Other duties as assigned
