Job summary

Responsibilities include training, scheduling, performance reviews, and ensuring proper use of WMS, while maintaining security and efficient stock handling within Rexel's distribution network.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Warehouse or Distribution Center experience.
• 2+ years of leadership experience preferred.
• Certified to operate material handling equipment: forklift, Stand-Up Rider pallet Jack, Electric Reach Truck, and High-Reach Narrow-Aisle
• High School or GED - Required

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, and direct employees; conduct performance reviews.
• Supervise and coordinate the functions of departments to maximize accuracy and productivity.
• Ensure safe operation of all material handling equipment and center security.
• Coordinate receiving, shipping, picking and packing of inventory and non-inventory items.
• Establish work schedules, assign tasks, and ensure timely completion.
• Utilize WMS metrics and reports to increase warehouse productivity.
