Align seeks a Project Manager to oversee second-shift construction activities for hyperscale data center white space fit-outs within colocation environments. This role is responsible for managing onsite execution during the second shift, including coordination of trades, sequencing of work, quality control, and progress against the project schedule.

• Experience in construction project management and on-site leadership.
• Ability to manage multiple contractors and schedules.
• Ability to read construction drawings and specs.
• Knowledge of sequencing, quality control, and safety.
• Strong communication with contractors and stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Lead second-shift on-site construction activities.
• Coordinate with daytime team on priorities and schedule.
• Oversee installation of containment systems, cable trays, ladder racks, and cabinets.
• Manage trade contractors and sequencing to maintain schedule.
• Serve as primary on-site contact for contractors and client.
• Enforce quality control and safety.
• Monitor progress and resolve field issues.
• Track labor, materials, and potential changes.
• Prepare daily reports and punch lists.
• Support inspections, commissioning, turnover.
• Provide end-of-shift handoff to daytime team.
