Align seeks a Project Manager to oversee second-shift construction activities for hyperscale data center white space fit-outs within colocation environments. This role is responsible for managing onsite execution during the second shift, coordinating trades, sequencing of work, and ensuring progress against the project schedule.

The Project Manager will serve as Align’s onsite point of contact during the second shift, working closely with contractors, client representatives, and the daytime

Formación

• Experience managing onsite construction with multiple contractors.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specs.
• Strong scheduling, documentation, and cost-awareness skills.
• Willingness to travel 50% as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Lead second-shift onsite construction activities for data center projects.
• Coordinate with daytime team to review priorities and schedules.
• Oversee installation of containment, cable trays, supports, cooling, and power distribution.
• Enforce quality control and safety compliance.
• Maintain daily reports, logs, and punch lists.
• Provide handoff to daytime team.
