Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a diligent Cleaner for the 2nd shift to perform a full range of custodial duties at client sites in New York. You will follow established standards and work under the Custodial Manager or Supervisor to keep interiors clean, safe, and presentable.

The role requires willingness to learn, ability to operate cleaning tools, and the stamina to complete daily tasks across offices and common areas. This position offers competitive pay and stable full-time hours.

Qualifications

• Basic cleaning responsibilities require no previous experience.
• Able to take direction, work with minimal supervision, and function as part of a team.
• Ability to use cleaning tools and equipment.
• Attention to detail and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, and wash floors and other surfaces inside buildings.
• Vacuum rugs in offices and public areas; spot clean and shampoo as directed.
• Clean bathrooms and restock supplies daily; damp wipe glass surfaces.
• Monitor for defects (clogged urinals, lights) and report to supervisors.
• Collect and dispose of building trash daily; replace liners.
• Snow removal from entrances and walkways as directed.
• Perform periodic high-dusting and cleaning at various surfaces.
