Qualifications

• Capable of using cleaning tools and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, and wash floors and other surfaces inside buildings.
• Use floor buffers and shampoo machines.
• Vacuum rugs in offices and public areas; spot clean and shampoo as needed.
• Clean bathrooms and restock supplies daily.
• Monitor for defects (urinals, lights) and report to supervisors.
• Collect building trash and dispose of in designated areas.
• Replace liners in waste baskets per specs.
• Snow removal from steps and walkways as directed.
