The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of responsibility, excellent observation skills, and the ability to handle various situations with professionalism. The candidate must have 2 references and pass a background check. Prior experience in security, law enforcement, or military service is highly valued, but is not required.

Duties

• Conduct regular patrols of the property using CCTV surveillance and physical inspections to identify any security breaches or safety hazards.
• Monitor surveillance systems and respond promptly to alarms or suspicious activities.
• Provide assistance to visitors and staff as needed, offering directions or support in emergency situations.
• Enforce property policies and procedures, including loss prevention measures.
• Respond effectively to incidents such as disturbances, medical emergencies, or safety concerns.
• Document incidents thoroughly in reports and communicate relevant information to management.
• Assist law enforcement or emergency services when required during investigations or emergencies.
