Job summary

Randstad USA is seeking a Logistics Coordinator in Lenoir, NC to support our frozen food distribution center. You will manage transportation scheduling, ensure USDA/FDA cold chain compliance, and coordinate inbound/outbound shipments.

Responsibilities include communicating delays, maintaining accurate shipment data in TMS/WMS, and generating reports on carrier performance and freight costs. The role requires 2+ years of logistics experience and proficiency with SAP, WMS, and Excel.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of logistics/warehouse coordination experience.
• Proficiency in WMS/TMS platforms.
• Strong problem-solving skills in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Schedule inbound and outbound shipments with carriers, brokers, and internal transportation teams.
• Communicate delays, risks, or service issues that may impact operations or customers.
• Coordinate inbound receiving schedules with warehouse receiving teams.
• Track inbound load status and communicate discrepancies, shortages, or damaged goods.
• Ensure proper documentation is available for efficient unloading and WMS receiving workflows.
