Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in warehouse, fulfillment, or distribution operations.
• Experience in frozen or refrigerated warehousing preferred.
• Familiarity with RF scanners, WMS systems, and pallet handling equipment.

Responsibilities

• Order Picking & Packing: Accurately pick products using RF scanners; verify quantities and lot codes before packing; build and label pallets to meet requirements.
• Inventory Handling & Stock Replenishment: Replenish pick slots, report shortages, assist with cycle counts and investigate discrepancies.
• Shipping & Loading Support: Stage orders, assist with trailer organization, confirm pallet counts and load quality, communicate temperature concerns.
• Safety, Compliance & Warehouse Standards: Follow food-safety, OSHA, and cold storage procedures; operate pallet jacks safely; maintain 5S cleanliness and report hazards.
