Job summary

Randstad USA in Lenoir, NC is seeking a Fulfillment Associate (Picker/Packer) for our frozen food distribution center. You will perform accurate order picking using RF scanners, pack orders, and stage shipments to maintain cold chain integrity.

Requirements include 1 year of warehouse experience, familiarity with RF scanners and WMS, and the ability to work in sub-zero environments with PPE. Night shift 10 PM–6 AM; High School diploma required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of warehouse/fulfillment experience.
• Familiarity with RF scanners and WMS.
• Ability to work in sub-zero environments with proper PPE.
• Education: High School.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick products using RF scanners.
• Verify item quantities, lot codes, dates, and product condition before packing.
• Build, wrap, and label pallets to meet customer and carrier requirements.
• Ensure frozen temperature integrity during handling and staging.
