Lucky Goat Coffee Co. seeks a Production Specialist on second shift to support grinding, labeling, and packaging of coffee products in a fast-paced roastery. You will ensure orders are fulfilled promptly and uphold strict quality control standards.

The role requires strong organization, stamina to lift 50 pounds, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment while supporting a small team.

Qualifications

• Second shift availability (3:30pm – 12:30am).
• Energetic, persistent, and flexible to help others succeed.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Grind, label, and package coffee in high volume.
• Ensure fulfillment of orders for multiple clients.
• Maintain quality control and sanitation across the production area.
• Perform daily cleaning and routine maintenance on equipment.
• Be ready to assist with warehouse tasks as needed.
