The Paris Group seeks a Coffee Production Roaster to provide expert roasting and quality control on our busy production floor. You will manage roasting profiles, monitor flavor consistency, and maintain high standards from bean to cup.

This role requires a high school diploma, experience in roasting, and a passion for process improvement. You’ll work Monday through Friday on 2nd shift, with occasional extended hours during peak times; collaborative teamwork is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience as a Coffee Roaster preferred.
• Certification in Specialty Coffee roasting is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Operate and maintain coffee roasting equipment according to company standards.
• Develop and execute roasting profiles to achieve desired flavor.
• Adjust roasting parameters to maintain consistency and quality across batches.
• Monitor and record roasting data.
• Collaborate with quality control to troubleshoot roast/profile issues.
• Manage green coffee bean inventory including receiving, storage, rotation.
• Keep accurate records of roasted coffee inventory and production batches.
• Coordinate with supply chain to ensure steady green bean supply.
• Perform regular maintenance and cleaning of roasting equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment with external technicians if needed.
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment; follow safety protocols.
• Seek opportunities to improve roasting processes and product quality.
• Participate in training and development programs.
• Other duties as assigned.
