Job summary

Pro Resources Inc. is seeking a reliable machinist for a second shift (2pm-10pm), Monday through Friday, to support our Indiana facility. The role requires basic CNC or Swiss lathe knowledge, machine setup, and blueprint reading abilities.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, technical training, and at least 2 years of experience with production machines, with overtime expected as needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Technical training; exposure to manufacturing equipment.
• 2+ years of related experience in production machines.
• Basic knowledge of CNC or Swiss lathe.
• Basic experience with machine setup.
• Basic knowledge of manual measuring tools.
• Ability to read blueprints.
• Preferred: Machinist with experience in setting up and operating Fanuc controls.

Responsibilities

• Operate and set up production machines on second shift.
• Read blueprints and verify parts using basic measuring tools.
• Utilize CNC/Swiss lathe knowledge to machine components.
• Maintain reliability and quality while working overtime as needed.
