Job summary

CCT Enterprises is seeking a dependable CNC Lathe / Swiss Operator to join our precision machining team on 2nd shift. This role operates CNC Swiss and CNC lathe machines, monitors part quality, and supports production to meet schedules.

Enjoy a four-day work week with three-day weekends and a clear path for growth within a clean, team-oriented environment. The position requires machining experience, blueprint reading, and precision measurement with calipers and micrometers.

Qualifications

Must have a minimum of one year CNC machining experience.
Experience operating CNC lathes, Swiss machines, or similar turning equipment.
Ability to read basic blueprints.
Experience using precision measuring equipment (calipers, micrometers).
Basic math skills and English literacy.
Reliable transportation and attendance.

Responsibilities

Operate CNC Swiss and CNC lathe machines per setup documentation and work instructions.
Load raw material and monitor machine operation throughout production runs.
Monitor tooling, coolant flow, and machine performance; perform tool changes as directed.
Assist with bar feeder operation and material replenishment.
Notify supervision of tooling, machine, or production issues affecting quality or efficiency.
Complete production and inspection documentation accurately.
