• Three years experience in CNC job shop environment.
• Proficient with math and blueprints.
• Days and shifts may require overtime depending on needs.

Responsibilities

• Produce parts from CNC machines, set tools and adjust offsets.
• Program and post programs; modify CAM on floor when needed.
• Maintain precision and check dimensions with measuring devices.
• Train apprentices and support lean manufacturing initiatives.
• Ensure quality, safety and records are properly maintained.
