Job summary

Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East is seeking a skilled CNC Swiss Machinist to set up and operate Citizen Swiss machines (L32, L20) in Mentor, Ohio. The position offers a 2nd shift from 7:00am to 3:30pm, with overtime available and a 10% premium on OT hours worked Friday through Sunday.

You will read blueprints, program edits, and troubleshoot machining processes while maintaining safety and quality.

Qualifications

Experience operating Citizen Swiss machines (L32, L20) with Mitsubishi controls.
Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
Experience with inspection tools (micrometers, calipers, height gauges).
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work with minimal supervision.
Program editing and setup experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Set up, operate, and troubleshoot Citizen Swiss machines with Mitsubishi controls.
Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Use inspection tools to verify part quality.
Make tool offsets and perform tool changes.
Perform changeovers and setup adjustments.
Assist with program editing and setup when needed.
Maintain safe and clean work area.
