Job summary

Metko Inc. in New Holstein, WI, is seeking a full-time Industrial Maintenance Technician for 2nd shift (2:30 p.m.–10:30 p.m.). This hands-on role covers CNC equipment, plant systems, and facility needs across mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic disciplines.

You will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production machinery, read manuals/work orders, and perform basic machining as needed. Previous industrial maintenance experience is preferred, with training required for first-shift

Qualifications

• Must have hands-on mechanical ability with an understanding of electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Preferred experience in industrial maintenance or related training/education.
• Ability to read equipment manuals and work orders to diagnose problems.

Responsibilities

• Performing preventive maintenance on production equipment and facility systems.
• Troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Responding to equipment breakdowns during production and completing scheduled repairs.
• Installing, maintaining, and adjusting production machinery and related equipment.
• Reading manuals and work orders to diagnose problems and verify operation.
• Performing basic machining work to support repairs.
• Handling facility maintenance tasks within training and qualifications.
• Using hand/power tools, electrical meters, and material-handling equipment.
