Qualifications

• Mechanical ability and interest in manufacturing equipment.
• Experience operating CNC machinery or other production equipment.
• Attention to detail and pride in producing accurate, quality parts.
• Ability to inspect work using measuring equipment and drawings.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Good problem-solving ability.

• Interest in learning how to read manufacturing blueprints or continuing to develop that skill.
• Ability to work effectively in an active production environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC laser and/or press brake machinery.
• Set up equipment and prepare jobs according to work orders.
• Produce quality metal-fabricated parts according to blueprints, specifications, and production standards.
• Conduct basic quality inspections throughout the manufacturing process.
• Check completed parts using calipers, micrometers, tape measures, and other measuring equipment.
• Read and follow work orders and manufacturing drawings.
• Complete production and quality documentation.
• Keep your work area clean, organized, and ready for the next job.
• Work alongside teammates to meet customer expectations for quality and delivery.
• Follow established safety and quality procedures.
