Dienamic Tooling Systems (DTS) seeks a CNC Machinist to program, set up, and operate CNC machines to produce precision parts. The role involves running programs, selecting tools, and ensuring tolerances are met on a second shift.

Required skills include Mastercam/Work NC programming, 3-axis machining experience, and familiarity with Mazak, Haas, or Mitsubishi mills, plus a high school diploma and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Programming experience using Mastercam or Work NC.
• Experience with 3 axis machining.
• Experience with Mazak, Haas, and/or Mitsubishi Mills.
• A well rounded knowledge of cutters and inserts, and feeds/speeds.
• Candidate must have high school or equivalent education.
• Candidate must have valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Program, setup, and operate CNC machine to produce machined parts.
• Download programs and MDI as needed and run your own programs.
• Set up and machine to specified programs and tolerances.
• Recheck setups, change cutters and inserts, and adjust for optimal results.
• Maintain tooling and keep calibration current.
• Ensure clean work area and follow safety rules.
• Attend on-time for all scheduled shifts.
• Operate overhead cranes as required.
