Job summary

Kensington360 is partnering with an established precision manufacturing organisation to recruit an experienced Manufacturing Supervisor for its second-shift CNC machining operations. You will lead a team of machinists and technicians, oversee daily production and drive safety, quality and performance improvements.

Candidates should have 7+ years in manufacturing, 5+ years CNC experience and 2+ years in leadership, with aerospace/high-precision experience and AS9100/NADCAP familiarity.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in manufacturing.
• 5+ years hands-on CNC experience.
• 2+ years in leadership or management.
• Experience leading 20+ direct reports.
• Track record delivering throughput, quality and targets.
• Experience with complex, engineered components.
• Strong knowledge of KPIs, planning and improvements.
• Experience in aerospace/high-precision manufacturing.
• Familiarity with AS9100 and NADCAP environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead second-shift CNC machining and conventional operations.
• Manage Team Leads, CNC Machinists, Operators and Set-Up Techs.
• Ensure targets, quality, and delivery schedules are met.
• Drive continuous improvements across processes and equipment.
• Coach and develop employees to build a high-performing team.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations and quality to solve issues.
• Monitor performance, identify bottlenecks and take corrective actions.
• Support NPI and product development activities.
