City Wide Facility Solutions is seeking a Part Time Janitorial Compliance Night Manager to support contract compliance for building maintenance services and maintain client-IC relationships. The role involves evening site visits, inspections, and ensuring adherence to client scopes and City Wide standards.

The position requires driving within a localized territory, a high school diploma, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Evening/night shift availability required.
• Experience in building maintenance/janitorial environment preferred.
• Must be able to drive within a localized territory.
• Must have reliable transportation and auto insurance.
• Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform client site visits in the evenings to verify compliance with scope of work and policies.
• Manage inspections, address complaints, and oversee new client starts to maintain satisfaction.
• Build relationships with independent contractors and communicate client priorities.
• Report daily issues to Facility Services Manager via nightly recap by email or phone.
• Ensure compliance with client policies, procedures, and equipment usage.
• Perform other duties as necessary.

***Pay rate depends on experience and capabilities ($18/hr - $23/hr).

We are seeking a Part Time Janitorial Compliance Night Manager (Night Manager) to join our team! The Night Manager is responsible for assisting with management of contract compliance for designated building maintenance services, as well as maintaining the relationship between City Wide and Independent Contractors. Employee must possess ability to review the client contract and check that work expectations have been met.

Essential Functions:

• Perform Client site visits in the evenings to ensure compliance with account scope of work and company policies.
• Manage inspections, address complaints, and oversee new Client starts to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
• Build strong working relationships with Independent Contractors (ICs) by communicating client priorities and collaborating to find solutions.
• Communicate with Facility Services Manager daily for any issues that need immediate attention, including the nightly recap via email or phone message.
• Ensure compliance with client policies & procedures, approved cleaning tools and equipment and their proper use.
• Other duties as necessary.

Schedule:

• 4 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

• Fluent written and spoken skills in a non-English language (Spanish and Portuguese highly preferred).

• High School diploma required or equivalent experience in commercial janitorial services industry.
• Highly detail-oriented and excellent follow-through on commitments.

• Positive and outgoing personality; great at building relationships.

• Excellent verbal and strong written communication skills.
• Must have reliable transportation with an active driver's license and auto insurance.
• Must be comfortable using a smartphone and Outlook email.

*Must be available for a two-week daytime training period prior to starting the evening shift role.
