Job summary

Pratt Industries, Inc. in Lewisburg, Ohio, seeks a Clamp Truck Driver to safely move and store large rolls and corrugated products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You will operate a clamp forklift, perform pre-shift checks, and use RF scanners/WMS to keep inventory accurate while coordinating with production and shipping teams. Prior clamp truck experience and PIT certification are preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years clamp forklift experience in paper/packaging or heavy industrial settings.
• PIT certification or ability to pass an in-house clamp truck program.
• Strong safety knowledge including lock-out/tag-out and near heavy machinery.
• Able to sit, stand, and lift up to 50 lbs occasionally; read schedules and document counts.
• Able to work in a loud, dusty manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate clamp forklift to move, stack, and retrieve paper and corrugated products.
• Load/unload inbound rolls and stage for machines per schedule.
• Move finished bundles to the warehouse and store by FIFO.
• Perform pre-shift inspections; report issues to supervision or maintenance.
• Maintain roll storage area cleanliness and organization; complete logs.
• Use RF/WMS for accurate material movements and inventory records.
• Coordinate with supervisors, operators, and shipping for material needs.
• Assist with paperwork and other duties as assigned.
