Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience operating clamp trucks and forklifts in heavy industrial environments.
• Strong understanding of roll stock management and inventory tracking.
• Ability to guide junior team members and interface with supervisors.
• Capable of maintaining safety and efficiency in a high-volume setting.

Responsibilities

• Operate clamp trucks and heavy-duty forklifts to move rolls safely and efficiently.
• Read corrugator lineups and adhere to the daily production schedule.
• Strategically stage rolls and record inventory movements with accuracy.
• Unload incoming trailers and inspect rolls for damage; document discrepancies.
• Maintain a clean, audit-ready warehouse layout to maximize space and speed.
• Perform pre-shift inspections and report maintenance needs to minimize downtime.
• Assist in training doublebacker and dry-end personnel to boost safety and efficiency.
• Maintain strict safety and MSDS compliance across operations.
