Job summary

Modine Manufacturing Company is seeking an Assembler (Brazer) Technician to assemble and braze copper and other metal components for cooling systems on the production line. The role requires reading prints, wiring diagrams, and work instructions to ensure integrity and efficiency while following safety and quality guidelines.

The position involves brazing copper/brass parts, high voltage wiring, and metal fabrication tasks.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in brazing copper/metal components is preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret prints, wiring diagrams, and work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Assemble units on the production line using prints and wiring diagrams.
• Perform brazing and soldering of metal components according to specifications.
• Handle high voltage wiring and 3-phase systems as needed.
• Operate hand tools and equipment safely to meet production schedules.
• Maintain clean and organized work area and complete quality checks.
