Job summary

Teknor Apex Company is seeking a Blender Operator for the 2nd shift (2:45PM - 11:00PM) at the Pawtucket, RI location. The role involves charging hand adds, verifying lot numbers, and staging raw materials according to batch cards and the production schedule.

Responsibilities include recording lot numbers, cleaning the blender, and coordinating with other areas to meet packaging instructions and KPI targets.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and comprehend English.
• Must possess good math skills.
• Able to drive (or learn) a forklift and use an electric hand truck.

Responsibilities

• Charge hand adds to the blender and verify lot numbers.
• Record all lot numbers of staged materials on the batch card.
• Clean and inspect the blender to be ready for the next charge.
• Coordinate blender production with other areas of operation.
• Review production schedule and follow customer packaging instructions, ensure proper labeling and sealing.
