Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Three or more years experience with beverage production/processing preferred.
• Excellent analytical and observational skills.
• Must be highly organized and detail oriented.
• Strong mathematical and reasoning skills.
• Excellent decision-making and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Follows all work instructions and SOPs, GMPs and safety rules.
• Accurately verifies and weighs all raw materials and closely monitors product blending and transfer.
• Monitors and tests product/batch quality and ensures specifications adhere to internal policies and standards.
• Maintains positive workflow by monitoring process steps.
• Ensures production processes run smoothly and efficiently with an emphasis on food safety and GMP.
• Effectively communicates with Production Supervisors, Line Operators and Quality Technicians to ensure fluid interdepartmental transfer.
• Monitors equipment and reporting faults, concerns, and breakdowns to supervisor and production engineers.
• Performs visual inspections, records document data, and reports material defects promptly.
• Maintains a clean and safe production area.
• Identifies areas of production that can be improved or increased.
