Responsibilities include handling materials via WMS, operating pasteurizers, completing paperwork, taking samples for QA, and ensuring food safety and quality. Strong communication across production and QA is essential during shift changes.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must obtain and maintain forklift and pallet jack operator's licenses within seven working days.

Responsibilities

• Works in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices.
• Uses Warehouse Management System to reflect raw materials usage.
• Pumps and blends concentrate per QA guidance.
• Operates pasteurizers for product safety and specifications.
• Completes blend sheets and paperwork accurately.
• Collects tanker samples and delivers to QA for testing.
• Monitors food safety and quality; reports concerns to supervisor/QA.
• Maintains communication with Production, Planning, and QA during shifts.
• Washes and sanitizes silos, tanks, and lines using CIP methods.
• Performs QA checks and tests as required by QA/management.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
