Job summary

Refresco Beverages US Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to uphold GMPs, perform preventive and corrective maintenance on complex production lines, and ensure food safety and equipment reliability.

You will troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, mechanical and pneumatic systems, read blueprints, and train other maintenance staff while working in a fast-paced beverage manufacturing environment on the 2nd shift; overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of GMPs.
• Understanding of Food Safety Requirements.
• Must be able to read, understand, and work with machinery blueprints and parts manuals.
• Work without supervision.
• Good decision making/problem solving skills.
• Must obtain and maintain forklift certification.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to GMPs and safety policies, wear PPE in warehouse/production areas.
• Perform repair maintenance, preventive maintenance, and line changeovers.
• Troubleshoot machinery (electrical, hydraulic, mechanical, pneumatic).
• Maintain production equipment (glycol/RO systems, compressors, lubrication systems, chemical distribution).
• Document work orders and ensure inventory part numbers are recorded.
• Communicate maintenance and production information across shifts.
• Assist in training other maintenance personnel.
• Collaborate with production to resolve downtime issues.
