• Must have leadership experience in food manufacturing or bakery environments.
• Strong understanding of food safety, sanitation, and quality systems.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage production schedules and labor resources.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate second-shift bakery production activities to meet safety, quality, and productivity goals.
• Lead, coach, and develop production team members, including training and performance management.
• Ensure products are manufactured according to specifications and food safety standards.
• Monitor schedules and staffing to achieve production targets and on-time delivery.
• Maintain GMPs, HACCP, OSHA compliance and sanitation requirements.
• Conduct shift meetings and communicate priorities and performance metrics.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with QA, Maintenance, Warehouse, and Planning to support operations.
• Monitor labor efficiency and product yields; complete accurate shift records.
• Promote safety, accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
